Payment when started

Participants who have been sent data to register for the Heavy Machinery Course but have never registered can have the course refunded if they have paid for the course. Once the participants have logged into the Moodle system of the Heavy Machinery Course, they are not entitled to a refund for the course even if they do not complete the course.

Participants who have been inactive in the Moodle system for 365 days will be removed from the system.
